Technology Center Return/Exchange and RMA Policy
Updated June 10, 2003.
All Hardware sales are subject to a 15%
re-stocking charge. No returns are accepted after 30 days
from the date of original order. All software sales are
final, no returns for software will be accepted.
Any return that is not complete (parts requiring
software or manuals that are returned without the software
or manuals, etc.) will not be credited.
Any return without the invoice and an RMA
will not be credited.
Products found to be damaged by misuse,
abuse or neglect will not be credited.
Products that have been altered or modified
or are missing parts will not be credited.
Products that are returned because of a
mistake in ordering or a "change of mind", by
client, will not be credited
Any and all claims for shortage, damage,
DOA, and shipment errors on ITEMS must be made within 10
(ten) days after receipt of shipment.
Any amounts quoted are provided as a guide.
Events beyond our control can cause the costs involved to
be increased. If at any time it appears that the amount
bid will be exceeded, you will be notified immediately and
informed of your options.
Services performed outside the Reno, Nevada
area are subject to charges for travel reimbursement. Travel
Time, Airline costs, mileage, lodging and other applicable
charges will be added to the cost of this proposal, should
they be incurred.
